Shingle shield is a service I provide, that is a fast, simple and economic way to save your roof, extending its life and saving you money!
Our acrylic polymer coating prevents algae growth, reduces granular loss, provides uv protection and significantly stops water infiltration, as well as increases wind resistance of asphalt shingle roofs. We can save your roof for 5 years or more!
WHAT DOES SHINGLE SHIELD DO?
1. Water resistant barrier, that eliminates contact of water with the asphalt membrane.
2. Prevents granulation loss, by adhearing the granuals to the shingle.
3.Reduces wind damage, by bonding the shingles
4.Forms a clear membrane that seals gaps around and between shingles.Allowing wind and water to flow over without damage.
5.Resists algae growth and blocks harmful UV rays.
Soft Washing & Minor repairs
Soft washing is available if your roof needs that extra love and care, removes much of algae and staining. We can also inspect and complete minor repairs your roof may need, such as caulking or shingle replacement.
